Lexecute is a tool to make the access to legal information easier both for lay people and legal experts. It has been developed within eJustice, an EU research-project aiming at improving the efficiency of legal processes by the means of computer aided tools.
Lexecute is a prototype, thus its content may be erroneous or incomplete. We disclaim any liability for the displayed information.
Lexecute shows legal procedures from a new perspective. A process is not shown as a huge collection of legal texts, but as an enhanced workflow model, which means in a graphical representation.
We've taken the German "Mahnverfahren" (Order for payment procedure) as an example to illustrate our idea of an intuitively usable, practical knowledge representation for judicials.
